Bedding down an engaging experience for Snooze

With 70+ stores across Australia, Snooze helps take the guesswork out of buying a bed. Not only do they achieve this in-store with their bedMATCH service, but Get Started has helped bed down this mantra in the digital space by developing a number of innovative digital services, like the bedBUILDER and Mattress Buying Guide (all based on Kentico), to engage users with the Snooze brand and drive business value. In addition to sharing these digital services, we will cover the responsive design that won the Melbourne Design Award in 2013, the back office integration that drives product data, and a sneak peak at the new design that will incorporate 3rd-party customer profiling data to segment users and deliver personalized content experiences.

Launching a brand online to two unique audiences

St Hugo’s is a prestigious wine label, once the flagship of the Jacob’s Creek family. While Jacob’s Creek has a strong presence in Australia, St Hugo’s was ready to tackle the premium market as a standalone brand. The St Hugo challenge was to launch in two different growth markets simultaneously with crafted messages to very different audiences - China and Australia. Bullseye’s Managing Director Jason Davey will discuss how Bullseye built these digital experiences and solved the business challenge by creating two websites which spoke to two unique geographical tastes. The sites are also mobile responsive, highly visual, integrated with complex digital tools … and were both delivered within four weeks. This case study takes international business thinking out of the box.

How a world leading MBA school used Kentico

Melbourne Business School and their many stakeholders needed a technology platform to standardize their online technology environment that could integrate with existing back-office systems. This complex project had multiple stakeholders from a variety of vendors; Microsoft, Melbourne University, NAB, Oakton, Briarbird, Revium and Melbourne Business School.  Revium coordinated a Kentico based solution for Melbourne Business School that linked all the stakeholders and created an online platform and a universal application site for all data processing for the Melbourne Business School in the longer term.  In this session Revium will provide an honest assessment of the challenges of working with so many stakeholders and how to co-ordinate such a project with Kentico as the technology platform.

Kathryn Dowling Meals on Wheels

Delivering more than just a meal

As a not for profit Meals on Wheels NSW relies more and more on having an engaging, customer friendly platform which is not only easy for the potential volunteers, donors or member services to use but also for internal stakeholders to extract and analyse data. These stakeholders could also be volunteers, so it’s important that we have a system that is functioning and ‘easy to use’. From our social media platforms to our web platform we see the importance of integrating videos into our site as visuals speak volumes and relay emotions which is more effective than words. Overall, our main goal from our site is to continue to refresh (at a low cost – remember we are a not for profit) with new content whilst demonstrating that we continue to deliver more than just a meal.
